Sedan 2024 måste man ha licens och tillåtelse för att hyra ut sin bostad i Turkiet. Vi fick vår licens i maj 2024 och har nu tillstånd att hyra ut vår bostad enligt alla regler!
Vi är en familj som är lyckliga ägare till denna fantastiska lägenhet med utsikt över Medelhavet och den vackra Kleopatrastranden! Vi har med gemensamma krafter och stort engagemang skapat ett hem i skandinavisk stil med turkiska inslag. Det vi uppskattar mest är att möta människor från andra kulturer, äta god mat, uppleva historiska platser samt njuta av vacker natur och sköna stränder och bad. Allt detta har vi funnit i Turkiet och Alanya!

To fantastiske uker i denne nydelige leiligheten er over.Leiligheten er stor og har alle fasiliteter en trenger. Nærheten til stranden - vi anbefaler Occo Beach Club på det varmeste og et hav av butikker og restauranter rett utenfor døren gjør ferien behagelig.Mads svarer alltid raskt og effektivt på spørsmål.Vi anbefaler leiligheten på det varmeste.

We had a lovely stay for our family of five at Mats' place! The building complex is beautiful and peaceful, its territory access secure. Right outside there is everything Alanya has to offer - shops, restaurants, beach and a taxi stand right outside. Thank you very much for hosting us!

We had an amazing stay! The apartment was absolutely fantastic. Very beautiful and spotless. It’s just a 3 minute walk to the beach, and there are plenty of cafes and shops around. We had a wonderful holiday. Thank you so much!

Everything was great! The location is the best you can find, beach is at your doorstep and you can see Alanya castle from the balcony. Also easy to commute to the nearest bazaar and the second half of Alanya (which is behind the cliff with the castle). Plenty of good cafés around. The apartment is superb and a good fit for a big family. You have access to a pool, a gym, a hamam (which was out of service) and a sauna.

Vi havde 8 rigtig gode dage i Alanya og denne lejlighed. Der var god plads og alt levede fuldt op til forventningerne. Værten var god og hurtig til at kommunikere.

Veldig fin leilighet. Trygt område siden det er inngjerdet med kodelås for å komme inn på området. Midt i smørøyet med hensyn til beliggenhet. Stranda og sentrum med shopping og restauranter rett utenfor døra. Restauranten Bisquette som er nærmeste nabo ble favorittplassen til alle i reisefølget vårt. Nydelig mat og store porsjoner :)

Vietimme Matsin asunnossa 6 yötä ja nauttisimme todellakin jokaisesta päivästä.Majoittaja on yhteydessä sinuun todella nopeasti vaikka me emme apua oikein tarvinnutkaan.Ainoa pieni miinus että ekana päivänä sulake katkoja oli jonkun verran mutta nämäkin loppuivat heti kun mainittiin asiasta. Asunto oli tilava, kaikilla oli omat makuhuoneet ja jokaisessa oma ilmastointi joka oli todella tärkeää meille, sijainti oli upea ja löydät kaikki paikat vierestä. Suosittelen tätä majoitus paikkaa lämpimästi kaikille jotka nauttivat vähän paremmasta lomasta😉

What a great location! And what a great accommodation! We have enjoyed this spacious accommodation in which everything is present! It was even closer to the beach than we thought (can't get any closer!). The kitchen had everything you could think of! Everything was super clean. The 24/7 security is also very nice. We had a rental car and we could always park the car somewhere in one of the streets (the main road was paid parking, but that is very cheap).We can recommend this accommodation to everyone!

We spent wonderful 4 weeks in Alanya staying in a really elegant and comfortable apartment . The flat is well equipped with everything you can imagine from citrus fruit squeezer to hair dryer in every bathroom.There’re three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The living room is spacious and comfortable with big white table. The upper outer terrace needs extra comments. It’s so romantic . There’s a big terrace duvet with pillows and jacuzzi so you can enjoy night, moon and stars. The apartment location is perfect, 2 minutes from the best Alanya beach Cleopatra, numerous cafes and restaurants around. The territory where the apartment is is really secure . There’s a pool and a baby pool with sun beds, sun umbrellas. The place is clean and under all day round supervision. It’s one of the places which we would like to visit once again.

An amazing flat, Super clean, one of the cleanest homes I have visited in Turkey. Amazing location: right across from Kleopatra Beach, Waterpark on corner, fabulous restaurant below, shopping, restaurants, historical landmarks all very close and in each direction, beutiful clean pool, 24 hour security. This is a must stay home. Hope to see you again.

We spent two great weeks in the apartment in the best location of Alanya. Nothing was missing in the generously furnished apartment. Everything worked perfectly and communication with Mats was very pleasant.

It was the best AirBnB experience ever! Beautiful sea view and great location close to the beach has exceeded our expectations! Our family was happy that we have chosen this option.Mats has made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Communication was quick and easy. Rooms are clean and cozy. Kitchen has all the appliances needed for cooking. Very close to lots of restaurants and grocery stores.Definitely recommending this excellent penthouse to everyone who wants to come to Alanya with a family or friends!

Mats is a great host. He and his family have created a unique luxurious space at Alanya’s Cleopatra-Beach side from where it is a pleasure to suss out this vibrant Turkish city! We were welcomed by a very nice Turkish doorman who sees to the facilities and the green oasis surrounding the apartment buildings.We felt quite at home right away in this fully equipped penthouse apartment on two levels. Everything is in bright, light Nordic design with respective nice paintings on the walls. You can sense the heart and soul Mats and Family had put into their holiday resort in Alanya town.The air condition in mid summer is working very well and can be regulated perfectly for each room individually. Two pools on ground-level are very well kept and invite to a quick cool-down; and there was even a fitness center in the basement for our semi-professional soccer playing daughter to keep in shape. Great host, great place, great holiday!!!

It is a very beautiful and stylish penthouse with good location, extremely clean and has everything you might need. Mats is super host! We really enjoyed our stay.

Klimatet i Alanya
Vi har varit i Alanya under hela året och uppskattar verkligen det härliga medelhavsklimatet. Under juni till september,då det är som varmast, vill man helst ligga under parasollen och njuta av svalkande simturer i det turkosblå vattnet.
Kvällarna är ljumna och restauranger och affärer har öppet till långt sent på nätterna. Vattnet är varmt även in i november och stränderna är inte längre så fulla med turister. Vi har firat jul i Alanya med dagstemperatur runt 20 grader! Januari till mars är mera nederbördsrika men mellan skurarna klarnar det oftast upp och solen tittar fram. Under denna period passar det att göra utflykter och besöka olika sevärdheter.
