• Towels, sheets, pillows, blankets, bathroom rugs, dish towels and toilet paper are included.

Deposit of €300 is payable upon final booking. The deposit is returned within 14 days after the end of the stay.

Electricity is deducted from the deposit after reading the electricity meter. Normal consumption around €50 per week.

Final cleaning is charged at €100 (including laundry).

• Garbage must be thrown into the public bins out on the streets.
• Daily normal cleaning and washing up must be carried out.
• Towels belonging to the apartment may not be taken to the beach.
• Air conditioning must be switched off when you leave the apartment. When the Air Condition is switched on, all doors and windows must be closed.

The apartment is completely non-smoking. Smoking may only take place with closed doors on balconies or on the terrace.
